Check-in can be done from 3.00 pm. We ask our guests to indicate their arrival time in order to provide them with an adequate service.
Check-out must be done no later than 12.30pm. If you wish to stay for lunch in our restaurant, you can coordinate with the supervisor and store your belongings at our reception.
We serve breakfast from 7.30 am to 10.00 am
We serve Dominican breakfast and international breakfast. Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.
The reservation is fixed with 50% of the cost of the accommodation, this amount is non-refundable and must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation. The remaining 50% of the payment must be made 24 hours before arrival at our hotel. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or credit/debit card.
If you cancel within 1 week prior to your arrival, you will be penalized with 50% of the cost of the accommodation. If you do not show up or cancel on the same day of arrival, you will be penalized with 100% of the payment.
If a special request was requested outside of our menu and you cancel your reservation, you will be charged that extra amount.

From 4 to 6 years : They only have to pay for breakfast
From 7 to 12 years : Pay 50% of the adult price
