Policies of the Eco-Hotel
Payment Policies:
• The reservation is fixed with 50% of the cost of accommodation, this amount is non-refundable and must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation.
• The remaining payment must be made 24 hours before arrival at the hotel.
• Payments can be made via electronic transfer, PayPal or credit/debit card.
Cancellation policies:
• If you cancel within 1 week prior to your arrival, you will be penalized with 50% of the cost of the accommodation.
• If you do not show up or cancel 24 hours before the entry, you will be penalized with 100% of the cost of the room.
• If a special request was requested outside of our menu and you cancel or change your reservation, you will be charged that extra amount.
Check-in and check-out hours
• Check in/Entry Time 3:00 pm.
• Check out/Departure Time 12:30 pm.
If you wish to stay for lunch in our restaurant, you can coordinate with the supervisor to store your belongings at reception.
During
your stay
• No pets allowed.
• Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.
• If you want lunch or dinner you must notify it in advance.
• There is a safe and you can use it during your stay, taking the key with you until the end of your stay.
• Vehicles can be parked on our property.
• The loss of the key has a cost of RD$300.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• It is forbidden to bring food or drink. In exceptional cases consult in advance.
• It is not allowed to sit on the railings of the bungalows and it is recommended not to hang wet clothes on the tensioners, as the clothes can rust.
• Only children accompanied by adults are received and they are their responsibility.
• The use of loudspeakers, quitipon and jucas is prohibited in the hotel. Personal mini speakers are only allowed as long as they do not disturb other patrons.
The payment of the reservation implies that you have read and agree to respect the policies of coexistence of the hotel during your stay. The administration reserves the right to terminate the hosting contract if any of the above regulations is violated.
